Deine Aufgaben

Produktionsplanung auf Grundlage von Bestand, Bedarf & Absatz
Auftragserstellung an unsere Lohnherstellern & Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und fristgerechten Produktionsablaufs
Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Planung unserer Einkaufsmengen sowie operativer Einkauf des Rohstoffbedarfs
Kommunikation mit den Rohstofflieferanten sowie Lohnherstellern & enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Customer Service, Sales sowie Forschung und Entwicklung
Sicherstellung der Kosten- und Terminziele
Unterstützung in allen kaufmännischen Bereichen (z.B. Pflege der Buchungen im ERP-System, Auftragsabwicklungen, Unterstützung bei Audits, Preiskalkulationen, Dokumentation, sowie Verhandlungen und Kommunikation mit Rohstofflieferanten, externen Produktionsdienstleistern, Logistik oder dem Lager)

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelorstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation/Weiterbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bzw. Kenntnisse von Produktions- & Einkaufsabläufen von Vorteil
Sehr gute MS-Excel Kenntnisse & Erfahrungen in der Anwendung eines ERP-Systems
Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungs- & Kostenbewusstsein
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sehr gute planerische Fähigkeiten

Your tasks

Production planning based on stock, demand & sales
Creating orders for our contract manufacturers & ensuring a smooth and timely production process
Supporting the monitoring and planning of our purchasing quantities and operational purchasing of raw material requirements
Communicating with raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers & working closely with the Customer Service, Sales and Research & Development departments
Ensuring cost and deadline targets are met
Support in all commercial areas (e.g. maintaining bookings in the ERP system, order processing, support with audits, price calculations, documentation, as well as negotiations and communication with raw material suppliers, external production service providers, logistics or the warehouse)

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial or technical training, technical or economics bachelor's degree or comparable qualification/further training
First professional experience in a comparable position or knowledge of production & purchasing processes is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Excel & experience in the use of an ERP system
High degree of reliability as well as responsibility & cost awareness
Very good knowledge of German and English
Very good planning skills
